Is organaic food bad for the environment?

Before everybody thinks I'm a schmuck, hear me out. I have talked to farmers who explained to me that if they don't use pesticides and chemicals they only grow a fraction of what they currently do. So, that got me thinking.... if all food was grown 100% organically, wouldn't the land needed to grow the same amount as we need destroy many times more?

NO! The way that inorganic food is grown is BAD for the environment!

Their farming practices stress the plants terribly!

This stressed condition is an open invitation to diseases & insect attack!

It destroys the natural source of fertilizers, which also naturally aerate the roots!

The same goes for the way non-organic meats, poultry, & fish are grown . . .

They keep them in close quarters where they can barely move, & aren't allowed to eat their natural diet at all! The immense stress that this causes leads to terrible infections & other disease problems, as well as worse parasitic attacks. They ply them with growth hormones to speed growth, which leads those who eat their meat to have health problems, too! All of this leads to them regularly administering antibacterials & pesticides to these creatures, which further stresses them, as well as everyone who eats them!

Organic Ranching & Farming RESTORES the natural environments for their products to grow & thrive in! The so-called 'need' for pesticides & antibacterials vanishes, as the stresses bringing about their use in the first place are eliminated! Organic farms practice an entirely different approach to planting, often planting more than one variety of plant with another, because they provide protection for each other that way, instead of using toxic pesticides. They replace soil nutrients & support earthworm activity in the soil, eliminating the 'need' for toxic chemical fertilizers!

To top it off, organic foods are *much higher* in all nutritional qualities, much better balanced, than their non-organic 'equivalents'! Even the flavor of organic foods is *much better* by comparison! And that --plus the complete lack of antibiotics, pesticides, & chemical hormones-- makes organic the healthiest & best choice possible!

not really because God created the land we live on to have fruits and veggies. I could not say that this is too bad for the environment unless we keep using more and more pesticides then yes it would be a harm to mother earth.
