How to remove a stubborn program?
I have a program called no trace 3.65 on my computer, it was just a trial and i wasn't interested... so i went to delete it, ok... everything went normal...windows said it was deleted.....but next time i start up computer it says "security error,please reinstall program"....it's been giving this message every time I start my computer for months. How can i get this to stop?
:( thats how i deleted it in the first place.

Did you try uninstalling it? If so, you might try re-installing it and then uninstall it again. I had a program that didn't uninstall correctly once and that did the trick.
If that doesn't work you'll probably have to go in to the registry and remove all instances of it. Make *SURE* you back up your registry first though.

Never delete a program or program files it leave behind hidden files that can cause system problems.
Fix, re install the program then go to control panel double click add/remove scroll list to the program click the program click remove.
