Look on craigslist for similiar places. Best way to guesstimate what rent you can get (unless you have access to the MLS, then check that).

A "good rent rate" is somewhat ambiguous. What's good for you (the landlord) is directly opposed to what's good for your renter. A good rent for you is the most you can get, right. A good rent for renters is the least they have to pay, agreed.
Until you do your homework and research similar rental prices in your area, you are just guessing. And if you're going to guess, make sure you start high. You can always reduce the monthly rent if you get no responses. Alternatively, if you price yourself too low, you'll get tons of call-backs and will be busy showing your home (unless you outsource this pain). And if you rent your home in two days time, you'll be beating yourself up wondering if you could have gotten away with asking a little more. In short, if you're going to guess at a reasonable monthly rental charge, start high, and be sure to cover things like your mortgage.
If it were me, I'd compare local rentals based on criteria similar to what your home has to offer: 1 BR, 1 BA, etc.

You can always run a test ad on Craigslist for free. Start crazy high and see if anyone bites. Be sure to include pictures, as I've found that this always helps generate serious buyers.
Do your homework and you won't be disappointed.

The footprint of my home is 6200 sq feet. Your lot size is not much bigger. Also, I have quite a bit of land and parking, as I live on a plantation. The value of just the structure of my home is $875,000. Using that as a source, Id say your structure is worth in the area of $6500-$10,000. As for the stats on your home, I find it unlikely that anyone would rent it, as renting usually costs more than just buying a home outright.
