Where to 'pitch' a computer game? Anyone recommend a good place to talk to about an idea?
I imagine there are reputable companies that would like to hear about new ideas...I am very anxious about finding the right one first time as once 'out of the bag' my completely unique idea could easily be taken up and used (stolen). I need a seriously large multi-media player (able to develop a game, movie, book, marketing etc) and maybe some advice about copyrighting/protecting my ideas.

approach companies such as eidos, they may take the idea and pay you a lump sum and have the rights to the idea or offer you a percentage on all sales.if its good enough that is
