How do I avoid the foam or scum on the broth when boiling meat or chicken?

    I don't think you can, just skim it off the top with a large spoon. You may want to cut off the fat on the meat beforehand to reduce this.

    Use a skimmer to remove foam. Keep the meat at a low boiling roll. Always wash any meat before cooking.

    You can't. Once your broth is done, put it in the fridge. After several hours, the fat with become solid and be on top and you can just scoop it out

    You can't avoid it entirely, but washing the meat or fowl under cold running water will reduce it. Otherwise, you have to skim it off.

    Take a spoon and pull it off the top of the water.... It's fat. Literally.
