he has plenty already after 30 years in office -- No he was waiting for a Friday to get out of the main part of Egypt to Sharm al Sheikh

No, he has had 30 years of entrenched power -- the status quo permitted this and it will re-assert itself after the protesters go back to homes and families

I would say that his personal safety is the primary concern. Can he leave and be transported to a safe haven? Will that safe haven (country) have laws that will get him extradited back to Egypt? Is there adequate security in place at his new domcile?
