Long distance valentines day?
So my girlfriend haley and i are in a long distance relationship currently and i am looking for some ideas to spend valentines day with her.
I know you might all say to send her something, but that has already been taken care of, i sent her some normal cliches like chocolates and such then some items that are close to me so she will feel that i am there even when i am not.
However, i would really like to go on a "date" with her. We have played yahoo board games before and rented movies to watch together while on skype. Im having troubles thinking of a really great date idea though, if anyone has some suggestions it would be so appreciated.

I am in the same situation. My boyfriend and I are 1000 miles away in different colleges, and I think it's great how committed you are. It's so tough being so far apart. My boyfriend is actually having trouble coping with the terrible college food (lol) so I'm getting him sent a huge platter of baked ziti since he loves italian food, sparkling cider, and banana creme pie for dessert. I called a restaurant and a bakery in advance who are going to deliver it to his dorm. At night when we skype, I'm going to be eating the same thing (not from the same place of course) and we'll have dinner together like that. He doesn't really know but it's going to work out as planned. Then we are going to log in to my Netflix account and watch Friday Nigh Lights together since we both love that show hhaa :)
Just make her happy, girls are easy as long as it seems thoughtful. I hope my plans gave you some ideas! Good luck! :)

that's actually really sweet. You guys seem really committed to each other unlike other long distance relationships. I think that what you guys are doing is great. Don't change anything. At least you are making time with her with the distance between you two. You guys can watch a couple movies together on skype like you have been doing. I think that's great.
