What should I get my boyfriend for valentines day?

We have been together for a little over 7 months, and I am having trouble trying to figure out what to give him. I am 20 and he is 22. I was trying to find a certain video game for his xbox, but I cant find it anywhere. He does like to play video games, fiddle with this project and that project, he has a huge thing for cars. He likes classical and some japanese music, and I dont think he can make himself live without rice.

Does anyone have any idea on what I should give him? I'll take recommendations for games that are good (he mainly likes roleplaying games), CDs that you may suggest. Any suggestions are welcome! Oh, and by the way, I'm on a short budget so anything affordalbe, please!!
