Speed of skydivers, PHYSICS ?

How much larger would the speed of two skydivers sharing a parachute be when they touched the ground compared to the speed of a single skydiver? Assume that both skydivers have the same weight.

Don't do it. There are special parachutes that can accommodate two people and that's the only safe option.

But in case you ask just for knowledge, air resistance (or drag) grows with the square of speed, so by doubling your weight (and thus its balancing air resistance) your speed only increases by a factor √2 = 1.414.
