Any Virgin Mobile Users?

I want to move to Virgin Mobile. The price seems too low to be good. Do you have serious complaints?

Also, do they have an 'answering machine', so if you don't pick up the person can leave a message? I'm assuming every cellphone company has that, but I don't see a single word about it in their website.

Thanks!

VM USA has GREAT prices. An increasing better lineup of phones. Horrible customer service and frequent network, data, messaging failures.

I do not recommend them at this time until they increase their ability to handle the hundreds of thousands of new users they have.

My current recommendations for prepaid is Tmobile prepaid for their better coverage (They have roaming, VM does not) and ability to use any gsm unlocked phone on their network including the iphones. VM only allows VM phones.

Unless you need cheap unlimited data/messaging and are willing to live with their network issues, I don't think VM is a good choice at the time.

You could always try them out for a month and then move on to another prepaid carrier if you don't like it. That's the beauty of prepaid wireless.
