Ideas for Seafood Mix?
I bought some seafood mix (crab, fish, octopus, oysters etc) at a Mexican grocery store and am not sure what I should do with it. Any ideas?

Traditionally you use the mix to make siete mares caldo (seven sea soup) their is many variations on the recipe online. Try to find one that you feel more comfortable with.

You can make a seafood chowder.
Toss with some pasta and a tomato based sauce (you can even cheat and use spaghetti sauce).
Make angel hair pasta with some olive oil and garlic and white wine and toss in the seafood mix.
Make a stir fry and serve with rice.

When I have a seafood mix, I usuallly make a nice pasta, with a sauce that's tomatoey and spicy!
