Rash, fever, chills but no headache?
Last month I got a rash on my abdomen - small itchy bumps. It lasted 3 weeks. Then I got an 'acne' like rash on my face a week later, went to a dermatologist and got a lotion to clear up my face. A few days later (2 days ago) I started getting chills. Chills led to weakness, then diarrhea. Hours after the chills started I took my temp and it was 102.6. Had this for 2 days. But I don't have a headache. Weird.
This morning my temp was a cool 98.0, which has notched up to 100 for most of the afternoon. No more upset stomach, still no/little appetite.
Anyone ever get a strong fever but without a headache? Does a rash sometimes warn of an upcoming fever? Do those symptoms sound like the flu or something else?
I've been under a pretty good amount of job stress for the past couple months, but otherwise am an extremely fit and healthy person. Male, 41yrs old, 157lbs. Had full bloodwork done last August and was in the 'good' range for everything

Rash and fever can certainly be connected. There are so many different causes of rashes that it is very difficult to narrow down any specific cause of one. Common categories of rash are:
scaly patches of skin not caused by infection,
scaly patches of skin produced by fungal or bacterial infection,
red, itchy bumps or patches over the body, such as on the chest and back.
Although rashes are seldom dangerous, self-diagnosis is not usually a good idea. Proper evaluation of a skin rash requires a visit to a doctor or other health-care professional. Check this site for good information and you may be able to figure out what is going on.

I am very familiar with meningitis as I work at the hospital and deal with the organisms themselves. Also, my aunt contracted bacterial meningitis, was hospitalized, and almost died on day two post infection. My advice? See a doctor ASAP! I doubt you have bacterial meningitis since most don't survive that long but a day or a few. Viral meningitis on the other hand is not "as" dangerous and is self-limiting (heals on its own). Just to be on the safe side, see a physician at once! Don't want to scare you though. Good luck!
