Is it hard to snowboard with a backpack?
Im going on saturday with my friends and I don't wanna rent a locker. I usually go with my family and one person stays in the lodge and watches the stuff. So is it harder? I heard your center of gravity is different. ALso what type of backpack would you suggest? I was looking at the North Face Quiver. Thanks for your help!

First you need to figure out how much stuff you think you'll be putting in your backpack. For me it would only be a lock for my board, extra gloves and goggles, water bladder, my wallet, and phone. I'd look for something slim like this http://www.dakine.com/snowboard/packs/snow/heli-pa... it won't be obtrusive on the lift and your center of gravity will be fine

It is a little harder because you have to lean forward a little, but other than that it is the same. Get any backpack you want, but I would suggest one with that buckle in the front so it doesn't fall off if you happen to fall down.
Hope this helps!!

just get a smaller back pack its not that much harder only with lots of stuff. but its annoying to keep taking it of every time going up the lift.
