You should go with CST General 27 x1-1/4" Red Wall Street Bicycle Tire
27 x 1-1/4" tire. Black with red wall. Street tread. 90 PSI. CST General.

THe bike stores around here handle them so I guess your answer is Saskatoon. If you would post your location someone in your area may help you. Why do you guys just assume we know where you live?

You should try Nashbar.com or Biketiresdirect.com. They both have a wide selection of tires in several different colors. I know that at least biketiresdirect.com sells whitewalls.
