should i be doing this when i put my contacts in its container?

what i do is fill the container about half full of solution, take out my contact, put the contact in the container and fill the rest of the container with solution. But im wondering is if i can... put my contacts in the container, then fill the container with solution. which way is better?

I suggest putting your contacts in first, to make sure that they are at the bottom of the case and not floating on top of your solution. And to avoid tearing the contact when screwing the top back on. And put solution to fill about half the case up. There is no need to fill up the whole case, it is just a waste of solution.

    Hope this helps

The first way is better because both sides of the contact will have to be in the solution
