I think his time at Dortmund as well as Celtic is coming to the fore. I think what he has done with Norwich is incredible, remembering that at the start of the 09/10 season, when he was at Colchester, Norwich were pumped by the U's 7-1. Leaving to go to Norwich, he exacted revenge by beating the U's 5-0. The rest, as they say is history. Congrats to Lambert, but I really cannot face seeing Delia's ugly mug in the EPL this coming season. --- Jings thumbs down for a neutral opinion, whatever next Delta squad at my door?

As Norwich are only 1 point off an automatic promotion spot some of your attention, even subconsciously must be on next season and the possibilities of the PL.

What I want to know is How do you think you can strengthen this club to be able for the nit and grit of premier league football and ensure a fighting chance of survival.

  • If you have not been through a footballing youth program, play only for a Sunday league team and are 22 years old, what are the chances of making it in a team like Norwich City?

Assuming that the player is an excellent footballer.

Do you think that Blackpools £25,000 fine was justified for making 10 changes at Villa bearing in mind the 25 man squad wasn't around when Wolves got one and would you walk out of your role or attempt to if a similar fate happened to you?

If Norwich City are promoted this year, do you think they would survive in the Premiership?

Secondly, how difficult do you think it would be to hold onto Grant Holt if you are not promoted?

Bradford fan here, but would rather you go up than Leeds lol.

    1. Since promoting Norwich City to the Championship, you've done a great job with your squad. You're only one point away from the promotion zone. What do you think was the key factor to your success? Do you believe you can overthrow QPR and Cardiff by the end of the season?

    2. Why did you leave the almighty Colchester United? I heard they have great cabbages there.

    3. In your honest opinion, how was playing for Celtic under Kenny Dalglish, the super genius? Unfortunately, he wasn't so great managing that club.

How come when you managed Livingston FC you did a below par job, 5 wins in 32 games . then you turned it around and now you are one of the best young managers in england.

Did your time at Livingston teach you anything and how do you feel about the club.
