I'm guessing you live too far away to bring it with you next time you go home/or have your parents take them back next time they visit..? This is really the best option as it can get really expensive to ship a lot of clothes. However, you can ship them:
Look up different rates from a few companies I've found that the best rate is likely through UPS - but actually going into the store and shipping it, though I'm pretty sure they'll pick it up from your house for an additional charge. If you have heavy things like shoes, then the flat-rate boxes from USPS can be a good deal, but they can be very pricey for not much space if you're shipping something light.
You can also ship clothes via Amtrak train, Greyhound bus, etc. Their websites should offer quotes. The best option is going to depend on how much you have to ship, specifically how much weight.

1. Wait for someone to come visit you on campus and they can take the stuff back home.
2. Large box and send via UPS.
3. Give to charity.

Many college campuses have postal centers where you can send and receive mail. If your school doesn't have one, you can send your things via UPS, FedEx, or the United States Postal Service. I would send them by USPS. They're usually the cheapest.
