How should i break my fast?

I am going on a 10-14 day water fast (please, don't give me lectures, it won't change my mind), but I'm wondering how I can get my metabolism back on track again after the fast, without gaining too much weight.

What should/shouldn't I eat?

How much should I eat?

How long should I spend on breaking the fast?

If you could make some sort of schedule (like: day 1: eat blablabla), I'd really appreciate it :)

    Unfortunately for you I believe that the intelligence of an answer directly reflects the intelligence of the question. So...I love me some me!

    Well, since we're all well versed in these things and the methods and effectiveness of same; and you're trusting a decision regarding your health to a bunch of strangers, I'd say go light on the fats, try easily digest -able proteins and complex carbs and eat as though grazing and pausing during the day until it feels okay to return to your preference.

    I hope you're not just planning this fast out of the blue; you should prepare yourself before doing water fasts for such great lengths of time.
