how do i import my items from a flash drive?

Update:

ok i dragged it onto the desktop. still can't access my music or anything else i backed up. i want to restore it to how it was before.

    Plug the drive into a computer, open the drive on the desktop and rt. click on the item and left click and drag the item to the desktop. The computer will automatically copy the item to the desktop.
