95 Dodge NEON 2.0 sohc idling problem?
Have replaced Idle Air Control but idle bumps from normal up to 3,000 rpm only at standing .It will brake torque itself up to 1,500 when you come to a red light .If you put it in Neutral it will idle or rev to 1,500 I am thinking Throttle Position Sensor codes dont realy get specific it all boiles down to emission control results . I appreciate all input here friends.

Have you checked for vacuum leaks? Best way to do this is with a vacuum gauge or a can of carb cleaner/brake clean. That could be the reason for the emission codes stored in the computer as well.
