To get the touch glove you buy it in the Yodal Ranch. I think touch panel gloves are on the harvest moon ds cute. On harvest moon ds regular i think they are just called touch gloves.

The other gloves are sold at the Casino in the Harvest Sprites' tree. One is silver and one is gold, they each cost, I think, 100,000 tokens.
