It is all very circumstantial. Do you like the flexibility of android or the simplicity and beauty of windows phone. Each have their own advantages and both are great platforms. I have both a mytouch 4g and a dell venue PO so I have experience with both... as for which is a better phone, just ask yourself if you want a big screen or a premium keyboard. Personally I would go with the big screen
