Call of Duty: Black Ops Best class for Nuketown?

Primary: AK-47

Attachment: Red Dot (make sure dot is small as this optimizes accuracy with the 47)

Accurate, dependable recoil, high damage, decent rate of fire, decent clip size.

Secondary: CZ-75

Attachment: Upgraded Iron Sights

Largest standard clip size to bullet power, 2-3 shots kill, same strength as python at close range, very accurate and easy to use.

Lethal: Frag

I prefer cooking grenades, makes it all the more satisfying when I kill people with perfect timing, also makes it easier for across map grenades and allows grenades to bounce around corners to kill campers.

Tactical: Stun

Quick to throw, do the job and a good way to check for enemies around corners.

Perk 1: Flak Jacket/Ghost Pro

Flak jacket is my choice as it protects me from claymores, random grenades and napalm strikes, the way I destroy my opponents doesn't require Ghost because they usually don't even get a spy plane. Ghost is the secondary choice if you don't think you can take them out easily and you want to play it safe.

Perk 2: Sleight of Hand Pro

Hands down best perk, faster reloading and faster ADS means the more you can move around and find your enemies. No arguments here that this is best but Hardened pro is sometimes useful with AK-47.

Perk 3: Ninja Pro

For when you are beasting it up behind the enemy team, it is beats they don't hear any footsteps of your approach when they the only one of their team nearby, this will instantly give you away. Ninja makes you a damn ninja use it! Pro is good also because you can distinguish when enemies are nearby even when there are friendlies too as enemy footsteps are louder when using pro! With a surround sound system or headset there won't be a moment where you don't know when they are sneaking up on you.

Killstreak 1: Blackbird 8 kills

Helpful for you and the rest of your team, don't leave home without one!

Killstreak 2: Chopper Gunner

Killstreak 3: Attack dogs

Call in your attack dogs and Chopper Gunner at the same time... 2 words, YOU WIN. The only way this could back fire is if your teammates already have their dogs/attack heli/chopper gunner/gunship out. Otherwise, prepare to be MVP as your dogs slaughter everyone you in the chopper gunner can't get before them! This will flush out the Ghost Pro noobs and prevent the people that sit in a corner all game shooting stuff down. SCAN FOR SAM TURRETS FIRST! DOGS DON'T ATTACK THEM!

Happy beasting, my best KD in a Standard Team Deathmatch game 6v6 full game using this class is 57 kills 2 Deaths (deaths were suicides to get me Killstreaks again) and that was not even on nuketown :P

It depends on your gaming style but a SMG would be a very good idea for this map; lightweight and easy to get around with. Usually on nuke town I use an MP5K with extended mags and a purple red dot with a clear reticule background because purple stands out really good against everything there. I have a launcher so I can take down anything that they care to put up in the sky since its a small map anything in the sky is terrible because it gets everyone. Also, I always use sticky grenades and concussions. You also have to think about your friends gaming style and set some stuff that would inconvenience him or throw him off guard.

Because of the new patch most guns don't work as effectively as before. The guns that work well now are the AK47 and the Galil. DO NOT USE A SILENCER ON AK. It obliterates the high damage that it does and creates mass amounts of rage. I usually put a silencer on the Galil which is not too badly nerfed and use an extended mag on the AK. As for perks i use hardline/hardline pro. sleight of hand pro and marathon/marathon pro. The shotguns and shotgun classes are too slow and don't allow quick escapes and high kill streaks. There is obviously no room for sniping and almost all of the sub-machine guns are nerfed beyond all recognition. The MP5K still works well but bounces too much and has a low round count making multi-kills.

This class suggestion may be surprising, but...

Equipment:Claymore to set around any corner to blow him up and frag grenade not semtex, so you can just launch and hit.

Perks:Flak Jacket(for random grenades and claymores)

Hacker(so you can see any equipment)

Camos:I personally like the tiger camo because its BEAST haha
