Im going with the East. If the East win, LeBron is MVP(Stats: 20 5 5)
If the West win, Blake Griffin will probably be MVP with stats of 18 points and 18 rebounds

the east has pretty much two full teams on it with 3 heat players and 4 celtics. to the team chemistry will be much higher for the east, also i think when defense needs to happen at the end of the game the east will have the advantage here. if the west wins kobe is the MVP cause its his home town if the east wins its pierce bron or wade.
