What is Brain Age and is it good to have a high one or low one?
Why is it that if your brain age is older than your actual age its a bad thing?
If your brain age is higher or older than your actual age shouldn't that mean you are thinking on a higher level or something?

No after 25 your brain starts to deteriorate and you are able to think less. The closer your brain age is to 25 the better. However, it is bad if you brain age is older than your actual age. There is a problem in this system because some people have horrible reflexes but are unbelievably smart else where.

low. think of it like this: when you're young (lower number), your brain thinks faster and preforms better. when you're old (higher number) your brain doesnt work as well as it used to. the number is your age. the lowest it goes is i think 20 and the highest is 80
