Anyone used a good wireless webcam they would recommend?

I asked a similar question about 3 months ago and we still haven't decided on a final solution yet. We have a small conference room and we want to set up a webcam in the middle of it for video conferencing and Skype. However, your standard web-cams won't work because of the distance the camera will be from the computer. We have already tried the USB extension cables and even powered USB hubs, none of that will work with the wired web cams.

So, anyone out there have a wireless webcam that they have used with Skype and similar programs that they have been happy with? I would love to hear some positive reviews!
