For 400,000 with 4 bed room, nice schools and neighborhood is almost remote out here...

As someone said look in the IE, but more than likely for what you want Its going to be double that

Living out here isnt cheap, you need a decent paying job,

you will also need to factor in all the fees associated and tax fee which are i believe 9.75%

which would be about 37k on top of the 400k so meaning a 400k house would be worth in or around 437k...

There are some in the 90040 area

they are all foreclosures or banked owned homes... So meaning its no guarantee it will actually sell at that price listed

Within about 5 - 15 miles from 90040, Commerce, you're not going to get a super nice neighborhood, but you can get decent and maybe decent / good schools, if you pick the neighborhood carefully.

Right around $400,000, you can get a 3 bedroom, *maybe* a 4 bedroom, less than 2000 sq ft. Ask a realtor for more ideas around these cities.

Good schools, nice neighborhoods, 4-bedroom for under $400,000

= Do you really think that exists in the LA metropolitain area? It doesn't.

You can get houses under $400000 that may have 4 bedroom, dont have the best schools or neighborhoods.

Or you can purchase out in the inland empire.
