Recién después debes instalar otro antivirus, NUNCA DEBES TENER DOS ANTIVIRUS INSTALADOS Y ACTIVOS A LA VEZ, entiendes???

primero decime que antivirus tenes, después te podre decir como lo puedes solucionar

debes de desinstalarlo o renovar la licencia

si tienes 2 antivirus te ocupara espacio, te hara lenta la compu y es posible que no trabaje bien
