No. They don't have PowerPoint. They have OpenOffice, which includes a program called Impress. It's not PowerPoint. Impress can save its presentations in PowerPoint 97 file format, but it can not save in anything newer.
There is a free version of actual Microsoft PowerPoint. Get it here:
You don't download the free version of PowerPoint. You use it on line in your web browser. It takes up no disc space on your hard drive and your files are available to you on every internet connected computer wherever you go. You also get free 25 gig of on-line storage and free file sharing. Microsoft PowerPoint saves in standard XML open file format based on open standards, unlike like OpenOffice, which saves in deprecated (discontinued, obsolete) file formats.

I honestly don't know but you could *safely* and legally download OpenOffice which has a powerpoint equivalent and opens and saves in powerpoint formats http://www.openoffice.org/ and is free
