Can't drink enough water what should i do?
i know that drinking water is really important, but i don't like water at all. so i drink soda or water with gas. recently i am having constipation problems and i though maybe it has to do with that?? any advice? everything i eat seems to stay in my stomach, i kind of feel heavy. so i would appreciate for any advice.thanks

I advice you to take a bottle (1 or 2 ltrs) , clean it properly and fill fresh and clean water. No need to drink all at once. Just give a small sip after every 10 mins, that will not only help fulfill the water requirement of your body but also help you enjoy drinking :) . And there will not be any constipation problem.

Well first i recomend talking with a parent or doctor about this just so they know what's going on. Some ways you can make water more "tasty" or appealing is by adding the flavorings and colored sugars to it that make it taste like fruit. You can get these at the store. I would def. not recommend drinking soda in absense of water bc soda is more sugar than actual water and you will find that the huge amounts of sugar in soda will make you even more thirsty a short time after you are done drinking it. its a bad cycle. Try excersing (even walking or running) to get your body moving so you dont have that heavy feeling anymore. It will also make you thirsty lol. I hope this helps.

i have the same problem! except, i dot drink anything through out the day unless i remind myself and have to force me to drink something. which is usually almond milk or water..thank god i dont like soda or anything really unhealthy.. anyways what i do is before i eat my reallly yummmy healthy meals that i make, i force myself to drink at least two cups of water, and i cant eat untill i drink them..hah hey it works for me! and i also always try to carry around water bottles with me or put them right in eyes sight in my fridge so evertime i open my fridge i see water bottles and i know i have to drink more.

Drink lots of lovely hot tea, and cordial is tastier than water. fruit juice and fruit might help constipation probs, which will most likely sort themselves out as long as you are not dehydrated. I think fibre is good for digestion, so bran and fruit+fibre cerials could be good. as long as what you drink isn't sugary or fattening, it should be allright. try herbal tea.x

Force it and it will eventually get easier. My girlfriend hated it but i wanted her drink it during her pregnancy and she Loves it now! I just asked her what i should say and she said force yourself.
You need water! It will avail Many health problems and keep your skin moist and rich.

Try to eat oranges and apples, they are mostly water and will help a lot.

technically you have to drink water.. period...
try working out... then after getting dehydrated you are bound to crave water...
