search for venues and officiants on weddingwire.com. officiants in your area can tell you what spots they've done outdoor weddings in before.

    Places:

A park- local, state or national

    A beach

    Botanical Gardens

    Museum or Library Gardens

Family/friends yard (I have hosted many weddings in my backyard)

A lake side/ mountain ( rent a cabin and have the wedding outside)

Some restaurant have outside space for weddings/events

Find your site first....then find out if you'll need a permit or not. Do you want the reception at the same site, or someplace else (like a restaurant). You'll need to find someone that will travel to your site to marry you. For a short ceremony (15-20 minutes) your guest CAN stand...no chairs needed except for maybe grandparents. Or you can rent tables (if needed) and chairs. Chairs from the ceremony can be moved to the tables for the reception.

I hope this helps some.....Good Luck!

    Garden Weddings can be inexpensive.

Planning a wedding can be both fun and stressful. Trying to have a theme, like a garden wedding, can require extra work, but can also help make your wedding unique and memorable. Remember that keeping it simple but tasteful can go a long way - there is no need to go overboard with a garden theme.

  • Is there a big park in or near the town that you live in? If so, find out about how you can get a permit and have it there. One you have that taken care of, you can move on to the next steps. Suggestion - Rent a large tent just in case of hot/rainy weather.

The benefit of an outdoor wedding is that you do not particularly have got to do this so much adorning. Discover a park, backyard, a pal's yard or any other gorgeous place (there are lots of that you do not have got to pay quite a bit for) and let the place be the center piece of the ceremony. I saw an outside marriage ceremony the place they did a quality job of incorporating present flower beds into the layout of the ceremony site. It was once amazing. The previous comment a couple of gazebo is an efficient idea, a ready made trellis and altar field! Keep in mind making the marriage ceremony less formal- this fashion that you could store on your costume and that you could get via with a buffet or tapas as an alternative of a full meal on the reception. Which you can also don't forget serving simply dessert and drinks instead of an complete meal. Forgo the open bar and serve wine and beer as a substitute. The simplest methods to save money are by means of limiting the guest list and meals/drinks.
