Paypal Limitations? Please answer ASAP!?

I opened a PayPal account on the 22nd Feb. I only use PayPal to buy things on eBay. I used my 3V Online card and everything was fine. I am currently the highest bidder on another item and I just logged into my PayPal account and apparantly it has been limited?

I have enough money in my card and I don't owe any money to anyone.

I submitted photos of my Passport, Drivers license and a copy of my 3V Card letter and also verified my debit card. I cant submit a National Identity Card because as far as I know I dont have one?

Has anyone has experienced this or knows how to lift these limitations ? Any help would be greatly appreciated

    Just don't panic PayPal limits most accounts.

    Take for example I was with PayPal for about 3 years, I was buying stuff off eBay with no problem.

    To cut a long story short I stopped using eBay because I was working away, when I got back and logged in I found that there was a limitation on mine even though I didn't use it for about 4 months.

    It just something PayPal does, and I would not worry about it.
