Can I get into University of Pennsylvania?
I am a junior and have taken all honors and AP courses offered at my school. I have a 3.8 unweighted GPA and a 4.8 weighted GPA. I got a 4 on the AP World History exam, and am currently taking AP Chem, AP U.S. History, and A.P. English Language. Next year I plan on taking AP Calc, AP Gov, AP Spanish, and AP Physics. I scored a 1970 on the SAT, with a 650 on critical reading, 670 on math, and a 650 on writing. I have played soccer and ran track on the school team for three years, going on four, and am in mathletes, science olympiad, knowledge masters, language other than english honor society, honor society, and natural helpers. I have over 200 hours in community service. I regularly volunteer at the local hospital and nursing home. I am also very involved in my church youth group, where I was an officer for two years.
I would appreciate any advice offered or any suggestions of schools that might fit me well. Thank you!

The University of Pennsylvania's admission difficulty is considered very hard.
Acceptance Rate: 18%
Average SAT Scores: 2020-2290
Average ACT Scores: 30–34
96% of applicants have a GPA in the top 10% of their high school class.
With all that being said, hopefully your 4.8 GPA is in the top 10% of your high school class. Also, your community service and extracurriculars are excellent! Those will definitely help your application. Your SAT, however, is not even in their average range. That will hurt your application greatly. Take some practice tests and hopefully you can improve your score. Be sure to write really good essays on the actual college application.
With the SAT score that you have right now, you probably have a 40% chance of being accepted.
If you can increase your SAT to a 2100, your chances are probably 80%.
Best of luck :)

UPenn's 25th percentile for the SAT is 2030. Get some tutoring and retake the test.
Other schools to consider where you will have a greater chance of admission include Tufts, Brandeis and Lehigh.
