Im Jogging again for weight lost... I wanted to Knw what type of arm movements would intense my workout?
When I was younger I did walk away the pounds for abs and it worked for the most part ( im not big but thick) after a while i needed to do something more intense ! However the arm works were good !! For example we pushed our arms out in front of us and "raised the roof" ( or pushed our arms up) and it was good. I also like to punch out ( like the boxers do). So will these examples of arm movements be good for when I jog to intensify the workout and help with Back fat and the waist??
Thanks
( and please i already knw about the dieting or modifying eating habits thats not the prob or apart of the question)
And Please I cannot afford the gym as of now so please dont tell me go to the gym and use that equipment ! LOL

I run every day just about, and I never do anything except the typical arm flailing motion. You could possibly split some of the time on the treadmill with some time on the elliptical machines also (if your gym has them) since that could hit your arms and upper body.
The other alternative I could think of is to incorporate some circuit weight training into your routine. I do not know about you, but somehow doing weights seems to satisfy my inner badazz.
If nothing else, just get a cheap set of dumbbells for home use (I got mine from a garage sale) and then a whole world of upper body training is available to you.
Best of luck with your new routine.
