Is it possible to transfer PS3 save-game data from one user to another?

Wanted to know:

Is it possible to back up all game saves and move them to another user on a PS3?

Eventually I'm going to want to have an account with master-privileges. And I understand that would involve making a new account as 18+ years old.

I don't REALLY mind letting all my trophies go, but I don't want to lose all my game data from my original user sub-account. Therefore, I wanted to know if I could transfer/copy game saves (for example, LBP2 costumes, level progress, created levels, etc.) on to a different user.

    You can but you will not be able to get trophies as they will be locked when you transfer the game data to your second account

    Yes you can, go to the "Saved data utility" where it shows all of your save files. then you'll have to press triangle and press copy, it will show you the list of your users, you press which user you want it on and it will be there.

    samething happen to me and i got it to work, try creating the same user name or go in to account management and disconnect the old ps3 and sync the new 1
