How do I get rid of this message: C:\ProgramData\kihipapo\kihipapo.dil?

Question

Everytime and right before I start up my internet, my computer reads, "we cannot locate C:&#92;ProgramData&#92;kihipapo&#92;kihipapo.dil" It does not do anything like hinder my computer or online experience, but it just annoying, how do I get rid of the message?

that was most likely a program you had to start at start-up and its been deleted but its still in the Start-up entry keys in the Memory....Use this FREE utility and clean up the Registry....
