If i did nothing wrong and get fired can I sue?
this morning I was informed to turn in my truck keys, he gave no explanation and said he would do my work tomorrow as well. I work very hard while other guys who work for the company who have done worse like drink and smoke pot. but yet they havent gotten fired.

Unless you have a written contract or are protected by a union, you can be fired at any time for any reason or for no reason at all, unless you can prove the firing was based on discrimination against a protected class - that is, you were fired because and only due to your religion, gender, disability, age (over 40) or race.
