This is not true. Once you are infected with STDs such as chlamydia and gonorrhea it becomes more likely to be infected with HIV/AIDS.
STDs can cause other health issues so its important to take care of your sexual health. If you believe you could have been infected, please get tested! Protect yourself.

No it makes it more likely for you to catch HIV.
