what will happen if i dont change my tie rod inner or tie rod end?

If it comes loose you will lose control of the car because you will not be able to steer it, and will probably have an accident.

If your tie rod ends are worn, then you could end up with a vibration, and tire wear would be excessive. Wheel alignments would be a waste of money, that is if any mechanic would even attempt it.

Eventually, if they get bad enough, one could come off and you would lose the ability to steer your car.

This is true of any brand or make of car.

Pour gas mileage, strong vibration in your steering wheel and a high posibilaty that I can brake and cause body damage to your car
