It is a time of "CHANGE" ...don't unions need to change?

To keep employed would you not take concessions? to keep fighting the issue will only eventually fight themselves out of being employed.

Unions are a good thing but when the union(public employees) infringes on others citizens(privately employed) by asking them for more than what they can be obtain in the private sector(union or non union).

Civil Rights. Equality to all.

Unions are archaic and unnecessary in America. They are needed in 3rd world countries that have working conditions we had in the 1920-1930's. Child labor, 12 hour days 6 day week with no OT.

Public employees are paid for by the taxpayers and in that sense we are their employers. I say no to union representation at our cost. Get the monkey off the back of the State taxpayer. Collective bargaining is not a right. Federal employees do not and are not allowed to have it. Whats good for the Fed is good for the State

Unions are not asking for more. They are asking for fair treatment. They certainly are not asking for more than they could get in the private sector. That is a myth used to slander the union employees.
