Just ask her to hang out or something. Keep it as casual as you can. If she seems a bit hesitant (because she's just broken up with her bf), maybe just say that it doesn't have to mean anything just yet. Just two friends hanging out.

I recommend that you don't get aggressive with it, just ask her if she wants to do something sometime, maybe after work. It doesn't necessarily have to be a date, just something fun to do with a friend. I also recommend being friendly and maybe some what casual about things, so if she doesn't feel like dating then you two could still be friends.

Just grow a pair and ask her out bro, it's really simple. Just because you work with her doesn't mean you have to try to get with her a special way
