Check out Charles de Lint. Other Neil Gaiman books don't really have that same fairytale feel to them even though they're still awesome reads. Some specific books by de Lint I would ssuggestwould be 'the Little Country', 'Onion Girl', and 'Someplace to be Flying'
If you haven't yet try reading some other Gaiman books too!! Coraline would be the most similar,,, but American Gods is my favorite.
