sanctions and kicking Libya off a UN committee is really going to make any sort of difference on how Libya acts? Where is the point when 'negotiation' is replaced by substantive action of some sort or will we ever get there? Lip service is fine but means nothing in my view. How about you?

no , we can make a chang in libya. the liter comity crimes in agates the people and those crimes can Berry the liter in the court of law, also if he continuous to kill people then other countries will invade and destroyed the dictator
