homemade halloween costume ideas?
I would like some costume ideas for teen girls. When i say homemade, i mean a relatively common piece of clothing that you could find in your closet or easily in a store. However im looking to not spend to much money. Thank you.
and im looking for cute/girly not scary.

Hello:
Well all of these ideas are cheap. They are all made out of clean unused plastic garbage/trash/bin bags. Witch/Fairy, Sorceress/Wizard, Angel/Dark Angel, Vampire/countess, Priestess, and Princess. I hope this helps.

A recognisable movie character:
Catwoman: long sleeved black top, black pants (best would be leggings, skinny jeans or some sort of skintight pants). For the mask either make one out of cheap black fabric (google it. i know theres a site with a template for her mask) or you can wear a normal black mask and black cat ears. For the whip (if you want to bother with that) you can spray paint a skipping rope black and take off one of the handles
Olive, Easy A: kinda sluttyish clothes. You dont have to go full out whore, just slutty-ish. Either use red fabric or red paper/card to cut out an 'A' and stick it on your clothes
Alice (In Wonderland): simple blue dress and a cheap white apron
Pirate: Stripey stuff, bandanas, boots, belts, skulls
She-Devil: Red dress, or red top and skirt/pants. Red heels would look good but any red shoes will work. buy a cheap devil horn headband
80's chick: bright colours, leggings, BIG hair bow, jewellery
there are lots of costumes that can be done cheaply using things from the home

i love the birds idea! in the different case a widely used zombie will be tremendous, in simple terms use some previous clothing, stain them up somewhat then use white glue and makeup for the zombie look itself. once you're accessible at stitching you are able to make a 'prom' dress out of an previous sheet, somewhat dye etc. or possibly a bath curtain. If no longer, and also you quite want the prom course, attempt a 2d hand keep.

A sheet over your body would make a halfarse ghost but only if you cut eyes and a mouth out.
My brother did it when we were kids and we have a picture and it looked like poo
