I need info on Navy police civilian employment?

Im looking into becoming a civilian police officer for the navy(not enlisted). I cant find the link for the job description or prerequisites for the job. Like how long is the training, pay etc? If someone can post a direct link and/or provide more insight into the job for Naval District Federal Police that would be great. points will be awarded. Thanks.

The Navy has civilian police at many of their installations. Police officers for the Department of the Navy are charged with the protection of life, property, and Constitutional rights of individuals citizens. They are responsible for preventing/deterring thefts and other situations such as explosions, fire, accidents, trespassing, sabotage, terrorism and preserving peach. They enforce federal laws, state laws, the Uniform Code of Military Justice, Navy regulations, and local installation instructions. Although they are all federal police officers with full arrest powers, at some locations they perform more security related duties on a daily basis. At some locations, they do more law enforcement. You have to apply via the United States Office of Personnel Management when openings exist.

He will be caught. Legally he is still in the military even if his enlistment has expired. When caught then he is still in the service and the service that he went AWOL from will claim him for courts martial and possible incarceration in the stockade and at least a dishonorable discharge. In the block of a job application that askes about military service then he will have to write dishonorable discharge. Lying on your job application is grounds for immediate termination so he screwed himself up.
