blackberry messenger doesn't work! help?!?

ive had my blackberry for 5 months, and bbm has always been fine. exept, when sometimes the messages dont send but i can just take the battery out and restart it. however, the other day my messages wouldn't send so i did what i would normally do-take the battery out and restart it, but it didnt work so i uninstalled it, reinstalled it, it still wont work, i took the battery, sim card and memory card out left for 30-60mins and it still isnt work and still isnt working, the messages won't send, cant add contacts, cant recieve messages. i am connected to the internet and i have blackberry service, what do i do?!?!
