Is this the best way to make myself feel better about my appearance?

I've always been small, both ways as in height and weight. This usually leads to underdevelopment which was difficult for me during my middle school years, i have always been made fun of which i eventually learned to accept it though i still feel horrible. i don't know how to get over this feeling, its as if im not accepted because I'm so small. Right now I'm basically 5'1 in height and weigh 105 lbs. I'm 16 years old if that is necessary. I would like to gain muscle to at least not feel like i have just skin and bones since i have skinny arms and legs which i hate. I will appreciate any help. And please no answers with something like "just eat" because that is just mocking my question and not really helping.

Update:

Well most of my family and friends always mention that I'm too skinny. I personally think im normal, the only reason i feel so skinny is because of my arms and legs. And since my arms and legs are pretty long for my height, i look skinnier. Which is mainly why i want to gain muscle in those areas to even out my body shape and not loo so skinny.

    honestly you need to enjoy this while your young because 30 years from now youll most likely want to be the size your in right now!

    Just be yourself, when your in college you actually have a new start meeting new people, and doing homework no one will have time to be making fun of you! lol

    Well, I checked your BMI and found it quite normal for you age (20,1).

    Is it only your opinion that you're too skinny? Or does your friends/family agree with you?

    You're only sixteen, so it is well possible that you will gain some weight soon enough.

    If you want to gain muscle, I would suggest you start weight training. Either at home or at a fitness club.
