I have Eset Smart Security 4 and I play World of Warcraft, I'm having trouble downloading WOW?

When I start downloading WOW it says that I am behind a fire wall and need to configure it to allow WOW to download, but it doesn't list Eset as one of the ones they will help you config. Has anyone else Configured it and could they tell me what to do it would be greatly appreciated

    You will have to go into our firewall and open ports 3724, 6112, 6881-6999

    i have the same problem dude but in my it doesnt let me do the digital download
