i bought a living room set which i thought i was buying new instead they delivered the set on the sales floor?
my question is my bf singed the papers saying everything was delivered fine etc. The couch sinks in on one side. Am i screwed because he signed the papers? Its not something you can see unless you sit on it and then you fall over. i didn't test it more in the store because i thought i was getting a new set. I was charged full price for used furniture

No, you should still have a case. They have sold you something that was damaged and shop-soiled.
