Have 12 Year Old Kymco Zing 150 Cruiser with only a F/Brake Prob. Driving me Nuts, "Pro Help Needed!!"?

Guy I got it from let it sit (Uncovered) 4 1/2 Years in the Rain. Got it running Good after 4 Months but now I have a F/Brake Problem. Caliper locks up intermittently and then will release over 12 to 14 Hours, Ya thought about the Brake Hose & Master Cylinder. Pumped it up this morning till it almost Locked, Broke the line loose at Master Cylinder End, no fluid came out but it seemed to get loose?!? Now when I push the bike forward I heard a Squeaking Sound like a Warped Rotor against the Pads, Would I feel it in the Brake Handle while Stopping at speed? {Vented Rotor} I have 2cm+ in the Brake Handle before Full Lock. (NOTE; I'm in Davao, Philippines and there are not much here as far as "Real Bike Shops") Rotor is Clean, Was Grease Contaminated buy I removed it, New Pads, New "DOT 3" Fluid, Master Cylinder was "rebuilt" or so they told me. The thing I was going to do now is replace the Brake Line (If I can have one Made). [E-mail me if more info. needed <sidecar0@gmail.com>]

You need to clean the piston(s) in the calper. Take it off, remove the pads and spray everything with Brake cleaner.

A warped rotor will create a vibration or pulsing in the front end when the brakes are applied.

Sounds like everything is just gummed up.
